Love working out with a group? Active Nutrition Centers have launched a series of Dance activities to support getting in awesome shape. These sessions are open to all Coaches, clients and guests. Sessions include strength training and cardio. Feel free to bring friends. Classes fill quickly, so please plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early.
What to Expect: Meet with friends and party into best shape!
What to Bring: Please wear comfortable running clothing and a water bottle.
